Love the grounds of this place. Awesome complex. Actually found this place on AIRBNB. Am pretty new to AZ and wanted to check out more of the Scottsdale area, so i stayed here for about a month. Wish I could remember the name of one of the ladies at the front desk, but she was awesome! Great staff, clean rooms, cool grounds, might come back just to be on that side of the valley again, in the near future

It was great stay, the only problem my boyfriend and I had was with the front door lock. What I mean the code that should have unlocked the door had to be entered 5 or more times b4 the door open. The other problem we had was on check in the staff did not tell us about cleaning service or the change of linen service they offer. Besides that it great walking park and the location was great if wanted to walk to bus to go to town.

We had two of our project managers staying at Scottsdale Park Suites, for two plus years, and they could not stop ranting and raving about how great this property is! Bailey in the office is an absolute gem!!!💎 She always answered the phone with a smile took care of anything my guys needed immediately!! The price was also right in line with other housing we get for my traveling plumbers! Can't say enough great things about this property and this company! Once our Arizona job gets pumping again, my two PM's will definitely be back!!!🙂

Scottsdale Park Suites get a solid 4 stars. 5 stars for always answering their phone and having someone in the office, Drevan is awesome. The apartment could have been thoroughly mopped before we came. The apartment accesories, cabinets, and counter top should be better quality for what they charge. The TV remote was broken and we had issues with the stove which were fixed. The water never got hot and since we hand washed our own dishes with no dish washer the water never getting hot was an issue. The AC seemed to have many issues which they addressed. The laundry facility washers do not have an extra spin cycle. Because of this it limits the effectiveness of the dryers. I ended up hang drying my clothes because you would have to send your laundry through 2 dryer cycles to be dry. The amenities were great, the location is very nice being next to the park and dukes bar. Overall, I would stay here again!

3rd time back here. Love the area, the staff are amazing .. BIG BIG shout out to asst. Manager Dreven, who was always available to help us with whatever we needed, which wasn't much. Always willing to listen and stop to chat. Manager Bailey was great, and Kathleen was always smiling and friendly.

Worst place I've ever stayed! It's a literal section 8 housing roach motel. I've woken up two mornings now without power, the unit is filthy, stained pillowcases and dirt on the floor. They charge a $400 cleaning fee and then DONT CLEAN THE UNITS. There was another persons hair in the shower, belongings in a drawer. Entire unit is missing water pressure. Unfriendly and mostly unavailable staff, avoid this place like the plague.
