Exceptional service! Better than I have received at 5 star hotels! Great location near shops/restaurants plus 10 minutes to airport. Rooms spacious and clean and quiet. Daily happy hour with complementary wine and apps! Small improvements would be better quality shampoo/conditioner, option for down pillows, make pool area more private vs attached to restaurant. Still 10/10 would stay again.

It is a great hotel, and the rooftop bar is so awesome. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is great. Really nice Honor Bar in the room and the 2 restaurant areas really make it so you don't need to go anywhere else. Security is nice but not obvious. I'll stay again when there are events downtown

Room was nice. Furniture was little worn, could be updated. Need was comfortable. Toilet broke on the first flush. The front desk clerk was great and said it would be fixed the next morning after I had left for the day and it was. Close to several restaurants and pretty much anything else you can think of.

Had a great experience at this hotel! The property itself was really nice, but the standout was the amazing front desk team, especially Jodi. She was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. Her exceptional service is the main reason I wanted to leave this review. Great staff all around!

The beds were incredibly hard. My hips are bruised after a few nights. Staff is super friendly, though an extra roll of toilet paper in the room would have been convenient.

This hotel has been absolutely the most accommodating hotel I've ever been to. They have gone above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and then some. Great wine Happy hour every evening in the lobby as well.
The room is plenty comfortable and clean but the service of the staff gets 20 stars!!!!
I will absolutely stay here again!!

It was anything but dreadful for us. We enjoyed our stay here for two nights. The staff immediately remedied our only problem there by moving us to a different room. The hotel is in a very safe area to walk around in. There are several good restaurants nearby (not Breakfast Club, I'm sorry to say) and the lobby has very good coffee and teas set up in the morning. ||We would stay here again, no problem. Totally safe.

Loved the bed and bathroom. The mattress is amazing. I slept like a baby. The rooms are spacious. Soaps and shampoo are super high quality. Roof at pool is large. The 2 story gym is across the hotel and is accessible till midnight. I would stay here again.
