One of the most beautiful places I've stayed at here in Arizona. Great service and the rooms are big are spacious. The views are amazing from the balcony. I would definitely stay here again. We did a walking trail one day, and ended up walking over to the Gila casino. It was a little far, so we took the free shuttle back. The shuttle also takes you to the outlet mall down the road. We were able to enjoy the pool a bit, but mostly the hot tub since it was early November. It is a huge place so be ready for a walk to get to your room. Or at least we had to.

It was an amazing experience at this place. We stayed for 4 nights it was company provided accommodation for a conference .

My wife & I stayed at The Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Dec 12-13, 2024, for our anniversary. |Kim at the front desk was incredibly nice and helpful, but I had issues with my reservation, so she called Jared to help. |Jared is extremely friendly, funny, and very helpful! He made us laugh, feel very welcomed, and made our anniversary trip very memorable. |Jared went above & beyond to ensure we were happy throughout our stay. |Every interaction was warm and welcoming. |He helped with our check-in, coordinated our parking, helped with billing issues, and gave lots of great recommendations & access to the pool area while we waited for our room that be cleaned. |His recommendation to go relax and get some drinks at Hanyo while our room was getting ready was perfect.|Ashlinn, who helped us at Hanyo, was incredibly nice, knowlagabe & very friendly. |She took care of us & made us laugh as we enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck. |Once our room was ready, Kim got us our keys and helped us on our way. ||I couldn't remember everyone's names, so I called and spoke with Laura Z, who is also very friendly and went above & beyond to get everyone's names for this complement letter. ||We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return & spend more time at your lovely establishment that is staffed by incredible people!||Thank you very much for all your help, Jared, Kim, Ashlinn & Laura Z!|D'Artagnan Heath & Ching Lin

I was here for a conference, working as IT. We were placed in one of the many adjustable (sliding walls) conference rooms. Granted, it's January, but surely the heating bill has been paid? If so, it sure didn't feel like it. I asked the staff, several times, to adjust the heat to no avail. Also, the lights were connected to another room and, also, asked for them to be separated but that didn't happen until way into the conference. The rooms are nice, if not a bit small for the price paid. The staff are the star of the show (reflected in my ratings) and have absolutely nothing negative to say about them (except for the event staff as mentioned). All in all, it's a gargantuan facility that will get your steps in (be prepared) that is well kept inside and out, but I probably won't be back.

We have been to the wildhorse I think 5 or 6 times and it has been great each time! The staff all are generally friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and well appointed. The rooms all are western- themed and comfortable. The food is very good. I would strongly suggest management incorporate the golf club menu into the hotel menu, as the golf club restaurant had far more choices for food than the pool bar or the lobby bar or even the room service menu did. But, that said, the place is easily 5 star rating!

We are from New England and just returned from a fabulous 8 day family vacation. I gave a 5 star rating based on this resort fitting the bill for what WE were looking for, which was Horseback riding, trail walks, fitness and pool time. It was also very remote and quiet which we loved!! First and foremost, this hotel knocks customer service out of the park. Mike was the first person to greet us and was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Every single server at the pool, lounge and restaurant was incredible. Ashley, Matt, Jess, Alex, Jasmine, Norah, to name a few (others I cannot recall names), they were all incredible. While the front desk crew was curteous, there is absolutely no welcoming info when you are assigned your room. It is a huge resort with a ton to do, but they do not offer any maps or info that gives you a head start. No concierge either. I was able to find some fylers and apparently there is an app they want you to use to see what the daily activities are. But a bit more of welcoming info or brief orientation would be helpful and much appreciated. Not a huge deal, but just my experience.|Now, for you foodies, you may find this resort or surrounding area limiting. There is no complimentary coffee or even light continental breakfast offering. The little coffeeshop is pricey but we made due with fruit and bagel etc. We ate at Kosin one night and it was good. We splurged twice on Prime Steakhouse right on the reservation at the casino and they have a shuttle that will take you. Very convenient! We found a great family Italian restaurant called Oregano about a 15 min uber in Chandler. I am nervouse on the highway 10 and it was a safe uber drive on quiet road. Lunch was at the pool with a nice selction and again delightful service. |The real draw for us was the horse riding center a 7 min shuttle from the resort. We took 3 trail rides that were outstanding (see my review on the Koli Equestrian center.)|For the hot sleepers that like a very cool room for sleeping, they have a sensor system that requires movement to cool. Hotels do this now so I usually deal with this on my check in day. The AC would go into sleep mode quite frequently requiring me to turn it down alot but it was managable. They brought me up a nice big fan which really helped keep the room comfy!! |The only real negative that was a huge inconvenience at this resort was the lack of guest laundry!!! We were there to be active! With horse riding on site and the amount of trail walks, cardio and the dust in the desert, having fresh, clean clothes on vacation is a must!!!! I wish they would consider this as if we return in the future, we would have to limit our stay as there is no way to pack enough wardrobe for long stays without cleaning clothes. They do have a service, but it is cost per single item, so for a family of 4 it would be serveral hundred dollars for a small load. I did not deduct starts on my review for this but it is an issue for stays longer that 3-4 days so be aware. All in All a wonderful time at the Sheraton Wild Pass!! Highly recommend!

We had low expectations and were pleasantly surprised. We stayed for 5 nights, 6 days - did early check in. The resort is absolutely beautiful, safe, secluded. Check-in was easy, the room, entire resort and property were spotless and very clean. Daily room service for cleaning was fabulous. The kids club, pool and specifically the pool staff was amazing. Addison was our daily pool staff and she far and above exceeded all expectations. She provided one-on-one service, assisting with meals, beverages, water service, she gave 5-star service day after day. Addison needs to be promoted to manager! We also took advantage of the paved walking trails, tennis courts, equestrian center, and family movie night and daily visits to the kids club center. We absolutely will be staying here for our next AZ vacation!

This is a large hotel that caters to conferences. It was very well kept. The rooms are nothing special but very clean. Families are welcome here so if you plan to have just an adult type vacation, you might see kids in the pool. The spa is fantastic. Great services and lovely staff. It has its own pool. So no kids. The property is basically in the burbs of Phoenix and the shopping around is typical suburban.
