We come several times a year to enjoy time with our family. Everyone from the front desk, wait staff, bartenders and house keeping have been great and pleasant. The hotel is always booked and something fun is always going on in the bar area.
Just wish they would start updating the rooms. Towels, sheets, bathrooms, beds and decor. Starting to show some wear.

I love the place! specially the front desk with Barbara and Don ! And of course, Bianca at the restaurant/Bar… great environment and awesome entertainment! the breakfast menu is excellent. Very tasty and very cozy place to be at! The rooms are clean and the parking has easy access!!! Safe place to stay overnight!!

Everywhere has pros and cons, and I want to commend all the staff for being top tier. The room was very clean, the shampoo smelled very nice, the bed was firm to my taste but whatever. The parking lot can be a little confusing but that's not their fault. The problem we had was over the course of two nights I slept maybe 4 to 5 hours total. The pipes started rattling at about 2:30 am. Then 3:30, and every time someone took a shower, it sounded like a tank was driving by the window. Between showers, the mini fridge (which was spacious), started humming so loud I could feel it in my teeth. Then the kids start running up and down the stairs yelling at 5:30. The included breakfast was horrible, even by motel standards, and it was prepared in a food truck, so my expectations were higher. Gratuity not included and it's not self serve. Again, the staff was fantastic, but I really would have preferred a good night's sleep. Also, you'll need a web browser on whatever device you want to connect to WiFi, if you'll be needing that. The system was going through some expansion construction so I didn't get a chance to give it a test run.

Spent 2 days. No beds made. No towels/ wash cloths replaced. Asked at front desk for 2 wash cloths. Very kind and helpful.
Upon checking out, we had a nice conversation with cleaning person. She informed us of the remodel for rooms, carpet etc. Hallway carpets and steps filthy! Not having been vacuumed in a long time!
I was happy to hear of future remodeling plans.

Everything about our stay was great. The staff was welcoming and the room was comfortable. We had a room overlooking the pool and that was fun. Breakfast is included but it is sit down service making for a nice and relaxed meal. The pool was heated and very comfortable. Always enjoy staying here when we are in town!

Friendly, welcoming staff. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The property is older. Great location. Even though the kitchen was closed for renovations, a very good, made to order breakfast was prepared from a food truck on site. Close to the highway but, not noisy. We would absolutely stay here again.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have never had a problem. I did t have time to notify the front desk of these items.

I do recommend this facility. All in all a great place to stay with an excellent breakfast included.

Needs maintenance.
Diverter on shower doesn't work.
Slow drain sink.
No screen on window.
Wrong paint on ceiling
Vent fan doesn't work accumulating moisture in the bathroom.
Grab bar in shower was loose.

Stayed here for a week while on a training course at the cat proving grounds. The hotel is a little dated but it was clean, comfortable and quiet! I did request a pool side room when I booked but received a room close to the pool, but no direct access, it was also slightly odd to have to request housekeeping services but honestly it worked out well and when I did request it they did a great job!

Attached restaurant was great, free breakfast of you get a slip from the front desk!

Highly recommend for an affordable stay in the area with some conveniences on site
