This resort is in a great location! We were able to walk from the resort up to the street to shopping and restaurants. FYI the resort is at the bottom of a small hill from the Main Street but the walk is not that bad. There is a very good restaurant called Open Range about a 5 minute walk from our condo. The condo is very clean and large! You can walk around the resort and there is a path to the Oak Creek which is beautiful. The pool looks like it could use some updating and I was disappointed in the gym as it’s very tiny, there’s more room in the condo to get in a quick body weight workout. Sedona really is magical and absolutely beautiful!

Amazing Timeshare property at prime location in Sedona. We've stayed at most others available in Sedona and this best of them all. Within walking distance of downtown with spectacular views and well stocked properties. Highly recommend it for couples, as well as families.

This is an okay place to bunk while in Sedona for a long weekend. It is nothing special. The units are old but quite well maintained. Everything in our unit was very clean, no complaints. It was very helpful to have a refrigerator and a kitchenette along with a washer & dryer. It is not really walkable from downtown Sedona as it is located at the bottom of a hill. In order to walk to the top of the hill you have to walk up the only driveway which is shared by several businesses and it is busy. We did not use the main facility which supposedly has pools and saunas, etc. It is the same building where you check in and check out. The resort fees are not high at $20 per day and we did not pay for a water use tax. Was surprised to pay a "bed tax" in addition to hotel taxes. The list of taxes and fees is quite long, I would suggest that anyone who does not travel much should clarify this before you make a reservation so you are not surprised by the additional $100+ on your bill. I would probably not recommend this hotel to a friend or family member who asked me. There are plenty of hotels in Sedona and I know that some of them were better priced than this. My goal in booking this unit was to have space for three people for a long weekend so we weren't feeling so crowded. It served its purpose as far as that is concerned.

Units have just been refurbished. You can't beat the location on Oak Creek.
Pool Access is a little clunky (have to walk around the building to front lobby) and inside Rec Area are a was just redone very nicely. They have Pickleball!!!
Grills for outdoor BBQ are amazing!

Very clean and beautiful rooms. Location is very close to the shops and restaurants. Surroundings are calm and beautiful with a creek right by the resort. Pool, play room and tennis courts available. Great place to stay for families.

Stayed here recently and I have to say it was a pretty big disappointment. I will say the location is great, very central. The hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired. The smell in the villa was extremely musty and the furniture was very dated, like 1980s dated. The pool was also very dirty, lots of bugs in the water and the floors looked like they had not beed clean in a good while. All of the public furniture was beaten up. To top it off they charge a daily resort fee and have the audacity to charge you $75 a day if you want your room cleaned properly.

Patio door required 3 people to open and close.
A/C Heater unit did not operate which was not good when temps dipped down to the 40's.
Wall safe did not operate.
In general need a complete makeover, time to meet 2024.
