Don't get me wrong I've never had a terrible experience here but definitely not a great one either. Of the 5 times I've ordered food from this location there has been something wrong every time. From forgetting part of my order to giving me the wrong sandwich to even waiting 25 min for a sandwich when I'm one of two people in the store. I don't want to put them down or make them feel bad and I definitely don't believe they deserve a one star review. I just hope that if I decide to go back in one day it can be a normal experience and I will update my review accordingly.

I work nearby, and every time I stop in for lunch, I am welcomed, attended to promptly, and thanked for my business. Today I had a big order for my team, and I missed one of the sandwiches. Gabriel prioritized getting us what we needed so the whole group could enjoy lunch together. Thank you Gabriel and Paxton too for attention to detail on getting the large order right!

Gabriel really is the sandwich angel we have all prayed for. I walked in and was immediately greeted with kindness from all the Firehouse crew members. Ol' Gabe immediately addressed how he was improving my sandwich after giving me some helpful tips on ordering on their app the next time I stop by. He threw in an extra pickle spear and sent me on the way. I just ate this sandwich and... it may have been the best sandwich I have ever had. It was built to perfection. I've never had someone take such care of my sandwich before. I'll of course be back because Firehouse is amazing, but Gabriel and his team, they're working at Dream Team 1992 levels of sandwich mastery. Blessed.

After a long stressful day of traveling from DC to Phoenix, we were in need of a quick but tasty meal to get us the rest of the way to Sedona. Not being familiar w/ places closing early out here we saw Firehouse was still open. Walking in the manager greeted us, but also apologized as their POS system was down much to our dismay. The manager seeing how crest fallen we were asked if we had cash, which thankfully we did, and he hand wrote out our order to put into the POS when it was back online. We’ve been Firehouse fans for a long time and it maybe the travel exhaustion/delirium talking right now but these were the best subs ever. Fresh ingredients, hot and tasty. It truly hit the spot. The manager and his staff did what they could to accommodate other customers who came in after us, so that no one walked away hungry. So follow that bright red open sign in the dark and get yourself a delicious meal.

Since I moved to Anthem a few months ago, I've been coming to this Firehouse Subs regularly. The food is always amazing! The subs are perfectly made, with fresh ingredients and generous portions that never disappoint. I always look forward to seeing Dan when I stop by. His friendly demeanor and excellent service consistently enhance my visits. Dan knows my preferences and is always ready with great recommendations, especially when it comes to trying new flavors. It's clear he takes pride in his work, and his positive attitude makes Firehouse Subs that much better! Thanks to Dan, every visit is a pleasure!
