My husband and I came to the hotel on feb 15 and when we checked in the guy at the desk took his time checking us in. When we got our key card the room was not even ready. Walked down to the lobby and advised the front desk man why he gave us a room that was not ready. He went to the back and said that somebody would be up to clean it. This is inexcusable. We finally get into the room lights are out cause no light bulbs, no garage can, only two bath towels, room smelled really bad for just being cleaned. We went back down to get more towels and let him know the TV was not working. Said he would take care of that we took the towels and at this point after driving more then 3 plus hours all we wanted to do was relax. We decided to go out to eat came back tv still not working as promised. We spent more time going up and down the stairs to the lobby cause this location decides not to have phones in the rooms. He kept going to the back and pretending like he was doing something. I am requesting a partial refund for all this drama your front desk staff caused. He told us to leave and I asked to speak to the manager and he said well you can come back tomorrow morning. I told him that could not be possible cause my flight left at 500am. This is the worst experience me and my husband have ever had and will keep passing the word around. Shame on you for deceiving people with fake ads. The pictures you show look like nothing the damp you have. I would like somebody to contact me asap

My wife and I stayed at this place February 15. The property is a disaster. No light bulbs in fixtures. Smelled of Marijuana. TV didn't work. One towel . Dirty floors. Nasty front desk worker who lied to us said he would get tv working, then found out no one had working tv
. He cussed at us. We deserve a refund or at least a partial one

Booked this hotel thru hotels.com & send them a message right away to check if super later check in after 11pm was an option because I knew our flight was getting to Phx after 11pm . Got a message back that it’s fine I’d just have to use an outside phone to call in when we arrive. We came in around 1am and the doors were locked but some guy came to a door and asked if we had a reservation which i said we did. He asked with big attitude what day for and when I answered all he told me was that my reservation was cancelled due to my late arrival after midnight. This place is a total joke. We had to look for a different place to stay after 1am. Still waiting to see if we will get a refund from that place.

This has been the worst place we have ever booked! As soon as we walked in to check in, we felt this was going to be un unpleased stay. The front desk guy was so unfriendly and replied so annoyed when we asked any simple questions. We walked into one of our non smoking rooms and immediately smelled smoke. We walked it through and found bed bugs!! Cockroaches and a filthy mattress. The bed had a pair of Scissors just sitting there (). Walked right out!
Our other room, we didn't have to put our key in, because it was open! also reeked of cigarette smoke. The beds were unmade, the towels in the bathroom were on the floor, as if someone had just stayed there. Both room were in terrible condition. The front desk guy was so rude and unhelpful when asked how we we should go about getting a refund. He refused to give out any info about corporate.
Avoid starting here at all costs!

No towels, stove didn’t work. I’m not sure how it works with other places that have kitchenettes in the room but we assumed there would be at least a pot, there was nothing, lot of bugs the door is off the floor a little bit on one side. No garbage can and there was so much garbage outside. Would not recommend to anyone

The front desk person name TERRY was the worse I have ever experienced on customer service. He over charged me after he told me it declined then made me pay again then had.to give me a refund because it charged me twice. Now I have to wait 3 days to get a refund. So I got charged 300 for a red roof inn at that point I would of gotten a nice hotel. The disrespect and rudness was so obscured. Terry should honestly should be fired because I will never come back with him working. I have NEVER had this rude of customer service from ANY redroof inn. I will NEVER COME BACK TO THIS HOTEL! This is outrageous and unnecessary. He threw the paper at me of the refund and before I could say anything he walked away. Terry if you see this get a different job because you aren't fit for this job AT ALL.!!! Redroof inn fire him because he is not fit for your job at all!!! Worse redroof inn i HAVE EVER STAYED IN!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL 0 STARS IF I COULD. !!!!

Positive: Location is excellent, that's all. Negative: Staff don't care, they're just taking up space. Roaches everywhere, no cable tv, walls and floors are filthy, no toilet paper, no towels, heater inoperable, door could not be secured.

I recently stayed at a hotel that was by far my worst experience. From the moment I checked in, the receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful, setting a negative tone for my stay. The room itself was in terrible condition. It smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which was unbearable.

The towels were stained and worn, and the bedding looked like it hadn’t been replaced in years. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and care was shocking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or pleasant stay.
