Girls there are nice. But overall the quality of everything fell off. I used to go here a lot, and after not visiting for a while I went there last week.
Asked for a mango guava redbull soda. Pretty simple.
And I got a watermelon-something instead, even though the girl repeated “mango guava” back to me.
Not only that, but when I received my drink, I couldn’t even get my straw down the cup because this cup was packed with ice.
I got to work and found that the muffin I got was kinda hard and dry. not at all like the muffins that you get from Costco. (Which is obviously where they get it from)
I’m all for supporting Alaska’s local coffee shops, but for the money you pay, one would expect consistency and quality, right?

I’m begging y’all please train your baristas to pull shots or work on quality control. Shots were burnt, the worst cup of coffee I’ve ever had. And I was way overcharged for just shots of espresso (I ordered a doppio with extra shots and was charged $7) the girl had said she didn’t know how to charge me, but that’s absurd . She should’ve called a manager if she’s not sure not to charge

I’ve been going to Java the hut for quite a while now but in the last two weeks the quality has gone downhill fast. I almost never get a sleeve with my hot coffees, they have been messing my order up left and right it’s a three ingredient order and I’m not one of those “half caff venti with this this and this added types” I like coffee oat milk and flavor.
The last two times I’ve come through I’ve had to throw my coffee out and go elsewhere it’s been so bad. I don’t know if this is a new hire problem or what but I don’t think I’m going to be frequenting this place anymore which sucks cause it’s right next to my house 🙃

I always go to this coffee shop and I ordered two energy drinks and ofcourse I usually used my phone number for points and rewards. But then yesterday I bought two energy drinks and I spent $17.50 dollars on my drinks and I even tipped 2.50 and when I left I received a text saying I got 2 points from Java the hut And I’m like wait a minute why do I get 2 points instead of 17 points since every dollar I spend is 1 point Smh yall funny.. can y’all please explained what’s going on here?

The barrista was really, really nice. Poor guy had a very sore throat to the point that he had trouble talking. We made a work though. Too bad he had to come into work. Had a yummy strawberry/banana smoothie.
This was a drive-through coffee place.

Pros- The girls are very sweet and friendly and although the card machine wasn’t working I got my food and drink half off when I paid with cash.

Cons- I got a burrito and there were large undercooked potato chunks In my food. And the espresso in my coffee was burnt tasting…

Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be a returning customer…

Super customer service and I really appreciate the staff's willingness to create coffees for me that fit my "special" restrictions. They do it with a smile and have yet to disappoint. My favorite place to get a drink, anytime of the day.
