Did take out but the restaurant was clean and staff was nice; no wait it took about 20 min to get our food. Ordered the oxtail meal with rice and peas and steamed cabbage. $25 not bad. The oxtail had good flavor just not enough allspice and they weren’t fall off the bone tender either. The rice had no peas and no flavor without the gravy from the meat. The festival was tasty just not used to it having cinnamon in it and they were a tad burnt. The cabbage was delicious! As a recommendation don’t put the wax paper in the bottom of the tray it breaks up in your food and rice is cheap so I’d recommend giving more rice and put it on the bottom under the meat in order to get the gravy. It just presents for a better presentation and also gives the thought of wow I got so much food for $25. Also take cash if you can as they charge 3.5% to pay with a card. Overall we enjoyed it and plan to return.

My husband and I ate there today and the food was great! Customer service was 10/10. We were seated and waited on in exceptional timing. No long wait and our waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu. I would recommend this establishment to all my friends and family.

My first time visiting, and I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly and the food came fairly quickly. I ordered jerk, pork chops, rice and peas, plantains. & fried green tomatoes for appetizer. I had sweet tea to drink. The sweet tea was nice and sweet. Just how I like it. my server kept my glass full and I appreciate that. The food was flavorful, and the jerk pork chop was not too spicy. It was just right. It did not burn your pallet to the point of not being able to taste! It had a little kick in the beginning, but quickly went away and allowed the flavors to cover your pallet and be enjoyable. Though I did not get a picture I had bread pudding for dessert. It came with whipped cream and a raspberry drizzle. The whip cream was light and fluffy and the raspberry drizzle was hard and sweet. The bread pudding was good, even though it was a tad burnt around the edges, it was still palatable. Overall, I enjoyed the dessert. It was not too sweet, great way to end the meal. I would definitely visit again.

Visited today when in town visiting my parents and everything was great! Authentic Jamaican cuisine! Excellent atmosphere and service! Will definitely be back!

What a wonderful dinner after a long day on the road. My love and I ordered a dozen oysters and the day’s special, which was curry chicken with rice. We feel lucky we found this place. I hope fate brings us back one day.

I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. It has a fine dining atmosphere without the fine dining prices. Everything was delicious. Service was wonderful. It was the best jerk pork and jerk chicken we’ve had in 30 years. The mojitos are amazing. They were out of mint when we got there, but made a trip to the store to get fresh mint to make our drinks, and they were delicious. We were just passing through on a road trip, but I wish we lived closer.

This used to be a Ruby Tuesday but they closed most of their stores. I was traveling through and very happy to see that a new restaurant and bar had opened in the building. I was very happy with the food and the service. I will always stop here when passing through from now on.

Stopping through while traveling. Staff and food were excellent. I had the salad bar…super fresh. Husband had ribeye that he said was outstanding. Located in the old Ruby Tuesday. Next time (there will be a next time) I’m going to try their seafood.
