I recently planned a trip to Bali this past September 2024, with the help of Travel Centre, and I can't recommend them enough! A huge thank you to Bianca, who was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the process.

Bianca crafted a fantastic itinerary that included all my accommodations, making the planning seamless. While the hotel could have been a bit more updated and better located, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Bali was stunning, and we enjoyed every moment!

Devin with Travel Centre was amazing! My wife and I recently traveled to Iceland. From the booking, payment method, and excursions, Devin was there with us the entire time. We had an expected issue with our transportation driver dropping us off at the wrong hotel which caused us an unexpected taxi cost. Devin worked on our behalf and was able to get our entire transportation fees for our arrival refunded within 2 days of our return. Devin even called us while in Iceland to let us know one of our excursions was canceled due to weather, and he helped to reschedule us on another day.

This trip to Dubai was absolutely amazing! Dubai is beautiful and Travel Centre did an amazing job ensuring that during our visit we were able to participate in multiple excursions. The safari dessert excursion was a great way to get this trip off to a great start. The Safari ride and fire show was my favorite. Then the yacht cruise was beautiful and serene. The Dubai Frame, The Museum of the Future, The Grand Mosque and The Souk Marketplace were other amazing ways to see the culture of Dubai. My husband Sam and I thoroughly enjoyed this trip. The hospitality from the staff at The Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel was beyond 5 stars. We travel all the time however this experience in Dubai exceeded all of our experiences. Dubai is beautiful and we would like to thank Travel Center for making this an amazing vacation for us to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We are planning to return to Dubai for sure and we will definitely utilize Travel Centre again. I would also like to shout out Rafeek at The Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel his hospitality was exceptional whatever we needed he was more than happy to assist us and for that we are grateful! Can’t wait to return to Dubai! Thank you Drake for all the work you did to ensure that we had a wonderful trip, it was excellent because of your service!

My Boyfriend and I was in need of a travel agency that can meet our requirements for our 2024 vacation to Bali Indonesia and we came across TRAVEL CENTRE .US . Our customer service Agent was Drake . After we spoke on the phone and told him where we would like to go, he asked us if we had a particular hotel or resort in mind and he made all the arrangements for us so we won’t stress about the trip .

He also booked us all day tour for us to be able to enjoyed Bali Indonesia. He booked car service from the airport to the resort and from the resort back to airport for us . We didn’t missed our flight , the car service driver was on time. The tour and car service company agents were so nice, helpful and knowledgeable . We’re glad to become clients of TRAVEL CENTRE . US and we will be using them in the future and Drake will be our agent 😊

Drake was always a call away and we also stay in contact through email while he planned our trip for us. He always returns my calls. Because of Drake hard work , we were able to only packed and make our way to the airport to go to the enjoy Bali Indonesia without any travel stress.

Our East Asia Extravaganza Trip was amazing. I loved it was at our own pace and time. The airport pickups and drop off were always on time. The hotels and their locations were great, well except for the Bali hotel, it could have been a better location. The tours covered all the important and fun locations of each place we visited. Overall, I would highly recommend this company. It was my first time using Travel Centre and I look forward to using them again. Thank you Bianca for a wonderful trip.
