A&W's I can't rate your food as I've never eaten it before, however I have alway loved your Strawberry Shake. It's delicious that I will literally drive past every shake in Anchorage, Alaska just to come to Wasilla, Alaska for one. But I do have one complaint that I feel is really important to myself and others safety. Your straw are going to cause a fatal accident. Having to remove your hands from the wheel, hold/stabilize the cup with one hand and dig the straw out of the cup with two fingers from your other hand (because you keep cutting the bottom and sides of your tongue trying to retrieve the straw with your tongue and lip). This is my umpteenth time loosing my straw within my large cup with open lid while trying to drink my shake and drive. Yet, it's the third time I have almost lost control of my car behind the straw going into the cup and the cup being covered with moisture and slippery shake syrup that your employees don't seem to care to whip off, nor do they give you a napkin to do it yourself. Please order longer straws to protect your customers and yourselves. This 8.5 or 9 inch straw almost took my life and that's not in a good way. Size matters!

P.S. I don't like to wait and drink it because you don't make them super frozen and thick anymore. So they melt quickly. 😥😥😭😭😥😥 I miss that, they tasted better then. And come back to Anchorage. The only reason people weren't coming to the Anchorage location is because the building was nasty and the desperate need of a remodel and the staff looked and smelled like bums from the street corner. No one, wants to eat food from people like that.

Food is really good and the customer service was great. My only complaint is some of the tables needed some cleaning and we had to wipe our booth down a little before we sat down but overall it's a good place to get a quick bite.

If you’re trying to get a Rootbeer Float after 8:30 don’t bother they always seem to be out of ice cream. They are really good when you can get one just gotta get there earlier. One night I went through after 8 and the person read me off about 15 items that weren’t available. If you’re open till 9 have your menu items available till 9. Clean your ice cream machine after you close.

Haven't been inside a fast food place to eat on site in years. The branding and design from the KFC side is just perfect. They've got a great marketing team. Food was as expected, service too.

Alex Nichols is a sour man. Looked at all of his reviews and he’s just salty over everything. The food is top tier for fast food, and the service is phenomenal, always quick. Very rarely do the employees forget to remove the tomato etc, even then it’s really no big deal unless you like to complain on the internet lol. Best kfc location in the state A&W root beer and fries are just a bonus.

More expensive than average. Slow service. Does not take American Express. Burgers are average at best.. Couldn't even get the soda right, it was flat out of the soda machine. Worst fast food in that parking lot but I guess the fries are pretty good.

Consistently runs out of food before they are scheduled to close, you pull up an hour before they close kind of expect to be able place an order and not be told oh well how bout half what you want and half what you don’t, like seriously keep cooking till you close.

Took forever, tried to make us pay for the wrong order. Didn’t get the cheese curds despite them repeating our order back to us and lobby was closed. Didn’t give us the sauces we ordered either. Food was lukewarm.
