Within 10 min of using a “public restroom” an employee starts pounding on bathroom door saying that the manager needs you to get out of the bathroom right now. I apologized & said I was using the restroom. A few minutes later the manager starts pounding on the door until I open it. Basically if your not in and out of the bathroom your not allowed to use the restroom. “Other people have to use the restroom as well, if it’s going to take longer, you can just go home. You’re not allowed here.” Thanks for the great customer service.

Terrible Customer Service. Employees Call Local Police Over Customers Using Restrooms for more than 10 Minutes And Bans Them For Three Years as the Employees laugh with each other. Terrible Employees and Toxic people who have nothing better to do with their lives

Poor service. Was waiting for propane and a second person showed up 5 minutes later and they helped them first. Employees said to oh well that's to bad. I ask for the owner or a manger an the employees just shrugged the shoulders. Don't expect any prompt service or any professional management at this store.
