Great, unique place to stay on 30A. Lisbeth and her husband were great. They were very nice and helpful. They even contacted us before we arrived to check in with us. The house is 3 mins walking from the beach and a 20 minute walk from seaside. They provide beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. The front porch is great to sit on and drink coffee/tea in the morning. Rooms are comfortable and individually decorated with good sized, clean bathrooms. We had a comfortable nights sleep in the bed. This is definitely a place to check-out if you are coming down to the 30A area.

Previously known as "Lisbeth's Bed and Breakfast", Seagrove Guest House offers all of the benefits of that establishment but no longer serves a morning meal. ||||This simply means a drive to one of the nearby eating places (as one would for lunch or dinner) or bringing in breakfast essentials which can be stored in the refridgerator provided. We chose the latter option which is easily accomplished, while a high quality coffee machine in the lounge/dining area dispenses drinks throughout the day.||||Our bedroom was on the compact side but very well appointed and there is ample parking for guests. Public access to one of the best stretches of beach in the area is almost opposite the sea-facing house, across the 30a road which can get very busy in high season. That said, there is an adjacent crossing point, and at no time was our sleep disturbed by street noise. We enjoyed quiet morning and evening walks along the adjacent shore, as well as the very comfortable front balcony seating. ||||Lisbeth and Tom are warm, accommodating hosts with copious local knowledge on what to do and where to eat. The guest house is extremely well maintained, and conveniently located for exploring the surrounding area.

Seagrove Guest House is wonderful...lovely and comfortable rooms, across the street from the beach, some restaurants nearby, and only a Mike from Seaside. The public area downstairs, including use of a refrigerator and microwave, a front porch with comfy chairs, and a 2nd floor balcony with a beach view- a nice bonus. Appreciated also had beach chairs and beach towels available. Lisabeth is a great host. The only downside is that this was a 1 night stay only...not enough time in this beautiful beach town. I highly reccomend the Seagrove Guest House and hope to return for a longer stay.

This was our first visit to a bed and breakfast and we are so glad we chose Lisbeth's! The owners Tom and Lisbeth were so nice and professional and the breakfast each morning was delicious and nutritious, with hot coffee prepared early every morning! The rooms were very clean, nice balcony view and location is perfect on 30A for dining, beach or shopping whether walking or biking. Great alternative to a hotel in this area. We loved every minute and will return!

My wife and I have stayed at other B&B's in the area and nothing compares to Lisbeth's. Every time (5 times now) we have had a great experience, all the other guests that we ran into that were staying there are were always nice as well. The rooms are beautiful and remodeled with glass showers and very comfy beds. Her b&b is located a beautiful area, very close to many great places to eat. Lisbeth and her husband Tom will tell you where to eat, and where to go for entertainment in the area, they never steered us wrong yet. There is always something going on so you are never bored. Her and Tom cook breakfast every morning and its always delicious (they are licensed by the state of FL for cooking!), you will not eat the same thing every morning. You can walk across the street to get to the beach, and let me add the sand is beautifully white, there are very few people to bother you, there always is a constant breeze to cool you, and the water is clean and refreshing. If you are going to visit the seaside area this is the place to go. Her prices are equal or many times less than all the hotels in the area so its a great value. Don't bother going any where else!

SGH was the perfect lodging for my VERY short and sweet escape to 30A. It gave me the benefit of staying beachfront without the 7 day lodging minimum requirement (High season) from surrounding options! ||It’s conveniently located directly across from the beach across and the amenities within the guesthouse were more than anticipated. ||Lisbeth and Tom are super gracious hosts and I will certainly stay here next tine I need a 48hour getaway 🙂

The Seagrove Guest House exceeded all our expectations. Lisbeth and Tom are an exceptional team creating a cosy, welcoming environment of relaxation at their guest house. Lovely themed newly remodeled rooms with comfortable beds and glass walk in showers. Hot breakfasts are excellent. Private access to the beach for sunsets and morning dolphin watching. We have stayed here twice and find the owners professional and fun.
