The best choice you can make. Joseph and the whole team at 831 Catering did an incredibly outstanding job catering for our wedding at our private residence in Carmel.
The team was so attentive during the whole day, I honestly don't think our wedding would have been as successful without them. We had tight spaces and a bit of an unconventional timeline, which 831 handled with the utmost ease, professionalism and care. And that's not even getting started on the food.
By the time my husband and I joined the party after our ceremony, everyone was already raving about how delicious everything was, and man they were right. Every dish on our menu was so tasty and well-presented. They really just made the day. Thank you Joseph and team for your care and your culinary talents!

I was referred to 831 & Joseph while calling around the area to find a caterer for our event at Laguna Seca. Immediately after speaking with him I knew there was no one else I wanted to hire for the job. Communicating with Joseph was effortless and a pleasure even while being halfway across the country. The catering was by far the best I have ever seen at a race hospitality suite. It looked stunning, it made sense for the space, it was creative, and beyond delicious. Joseph took so much responsibility off of our plates and took initiative to solve problems before we could even think about them.
