I've been coming for a while now, and it's become my favorite spot to unwind and get some work done. This cozy cafe used to be a Starbucks location (yes, it's an upgrade!), and I love how they've transformed the space.

My usual order is the soothing chamomile tea, which never fails to calm my mind. Sometimes I'll spend an hour here, tapping away on my laptop or getting lost in a book. The atmosphere is peaceful and inviting – perfect for focusing or relaxing.

The staff is super friendly and attentive, making sure I have everything I need. Plus, parking is a breeze, which is a huge bonus in this busy neighborhood.

Nice little Cafe serving coffee, tea, milk tea, etc. I picked up a classic Thai tea while here on my way to grocery shopping. Nice flavor, pretty presentation, and not too crazy priced.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a strawberry hibiscus tea with crystal Boba and 75% of the drink was ice! This place's ice-to-boba ratio is terrible. Never ever go here

My sister always asks to get 7 leaves when she visits so-cal.

Their house coffee with boba, or Vietnamese coffee are my go-to orders.

this location does not have a drive thru. if you get there early, there is no line and your drink will be prepped quickly. vietnamese coffee is really good, and it’s strong, but for some reason it doesn’t affect me like other strong coffees do. remember to order light ice 🙂

Four stars cause this is one of my fav places to get coffee… if I was rating my experience today it would be unfortunately 1star..
I ordered a regular Vietnamese coffee but pretty much just got ice.. I took maybe two sips and barely have anything left ..

Boba Conneauier here, very good.
While it doesn't have drive-thru,
I got my large Roasted Oolong milk tea with boba in a minute!
I love black tea boba, this particular location does it well. Their employees don't drown it in milk, the perfect ratio!
Boba Pearls chewy and sweet 😋
This is a solid location,
I've been here many times,
they don't mess around,
it taste exactly the same as all the other times I've ordered, so I trust them!
