This place has been here forever! The food is ok, definitely not healthy. I usually stop in for a drink. They have a good selection of adult beverages. Today, I had a beer and some fried zucchini. The historical landmarks nearby are very interesting, and the green rolling hills this time of year is gorgeous!

We stopped at 50’s Roadhouse Restaurant on our way from Yosemite to San Francisco, and it was the best decision ever! The steak was incredible, easily the best we’ve had, and the portions were huge. The place was clean, spacious, and had a fun vintage 50’s vibe with live country music. Everyone was so friendly, even inviting us to stay and sing along, but we had to keep moving. If you're passing through, this place is a must-stop for amazing food and great atmosphere!

We showed up with a group of twelve and walked right into a warm greeting. A bunch of older, some hard of hearing retired folks, and even requested separate checks!! Didn't faze the young lady one bit.
She even offered to turn down the music so that we could talk at a normal level.
Our server was fast, friendly, efficient, and most of all, patient!!
The food came out timely, tasted great, and I didn't hear one complaint from even the grumpiest of our group!!

A trendy 90s vibe with friendly service. We needed to be in and out and the place did not disappoint; serving us quickly while also ensuring we got what we need. A kid’s friendly spot with convenient but limited parking in front. There’s indoor and outdoor seating available.

I met a friend for dinner. The place was clean and well decorated, and the service was good, but the food was meh. The one good thing on my plate was the marinara. It was possibly house made, and was tasty. The breaded meat was nondescript tho. Why make a nice sauce, and put it on top of a previously frozen piece of meat that's mostly breading?

Came here for the first with my friends and the hamburgers were really good. A bit pricey. But we sat outside and the scenery was beautiful . I enjoyed watching the chickens and horses.

Want to step back into the 50s and 60s you'll love this place. Lots of nostalgia and memories. Besides great atmosphere the Road house has a great outdoor area. Today they were having a concert and party. Big safe area for kids, nice lawn and ponds. As for food, I had a mushroom burger with potato salad. It was on a great kind of spiral bun very juicy...Chris had the philly cheese and there was no leftovers. There was 11 of us and everyone loved their lunch. Service was great waitress efficient and friendly. They have a great bar (have a DD if your gonna drink). We were all on motorcycles and were good little boys and girls. Its a great motorcycle ride to knight ferry. Take the back roads and enjoy the scenery. Hang out in knight ferry. We took the long way home through Ione and Jackson Hwy. Great day and we'll be back

The atmosphere of fifties Roadhouse is exceptionally well done. They do have live music on certain nights of call ahead parking but not too bad. But the service is what gives it a Server Rachel had multiple tables and handled very well. Definitely worth the visit on your way to Yosemite or just visiting the town of Knights Ferry.
