Fantastic place to stay! Owner, Kim, is very personable and conscientious about your stay. Our room was spacious, clean and up-to-date. The game room is fun and well appointed and breakfast was amazing!! I will stay here every time I visit Flagstaff, no question about it.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at 303 B&B. Kim could not have been more gracious, accommodating and welcoming! The home is lovely and comfortable, the attention to detail to enhance her guests experience is unparalleled in our experience. Our room was spacious and comfortable there are a lot of windows and light. Something we appreciated was the mini-kitchen set up in the game room upstairs. There was a full size refrigerator, each room had a shelf to store snacks and drinks, in addition to ice, coffee and tea, to go cups and a microwave. The daily breakfasts were varied and delicious. We had beautiful weather and the front porches - one on the first floor, one on the second where the bedrooms are located - were a wonderful spot to read and enjoy the cool air. 303 B&B is the "homiest" B&B we have had the pleasure to say in, and Kim truly made us feel as though we were friends and guests in her home. We do hope to return!

303 BnB is what a bed and breakfast is all about! The room, the amenities, the breakfasts, the location and the host are all first rate. Everything looks new and is spotless. The games room with TV and wonderful porches on both levels were extra treats. Breakfast all three mornings were delicious. Thank you Kim for a memorable stay!

My daughter and I booked 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Kim could not have been a more gracious host and the rooms were well stocked and comfortable. Loved the front porch swing! Delicious breakfasts and liked eating outside the 2nd day. Great place to stay!

303BnB is a true gem of a find. Kim our host is wonderful, our Silver Room and the whole home is up to date, comfortable, spacious and spotless. Big porches and a fun game room! We had breakfast 3 days and all were delicious...her Eggs Benedict is awesome!

Kim was an excellent host and I will say, this BnB is a model for all to follow. Impeccable cleanliness and quality of rooms, facilities, good location and breakfast. We arrived late on first night--no problem. Laundery facilities we able to catch up on our tired road trip wardrobe. Game room, small gym...really a four room hotel. Can't say enough...

My wife and I stayed here in May. We have stayed in many bed and breakfast places and this ranks as the best. |Kim has taken care of seemingly every detail to make this the second best lodging facility in Flagstaff according to a local magazine. She’s very organized. |There are four rooms. They are all upstairs. It is in a quiet residential area of the city just far enough away from downtown noise. I felt like we were the first people to use our room, it was so clean. Great bathroom and shower. We were in the green room with a king size bed. Large tv. Nice outside deck to relax on a nice day. Breakfast was great. |I would highly recommend 303bnb. You will not be disappointed. I would also recommend contacting Kim directly for your reservation.
