24 Carrots is simply a great catering company. Not only do the cater but they make things easier by offering you the whole package: venue, food and vendors for your special event. We used 24 Carrots for our 2021 wedding and we could not have been happier. We loved our wedding, the food was delicious. When we did our food tasting my husband and I fell in love. However, we kept our expectations neutral since I did not know if the food would be just as tasty when done for a large event. And wow, they blew our expectations. If anything, the food tasted even better! A lot of our guests said it was the best wedding food they've ever had. Moreover, the staff was very professional and friendly. From the sales team to the servers and bartenders. We could not have asked for a better day. The 24 Carrots team was flexible and easy to work with, and if we have any other special event we would absolutely use them again.

We had our wedding on Easter at Rancho Las Lomas. Working with Anna and Beth was a pleasure. They had consistent communication throughout the whole process. We enjoyed our food tasting experience at their Costa Mesa location. It was difficult to narrow down our foods because of all the enticing options. Appetizers were beautifully presented and they were a big hit! We opted for the mini mac and cheese on a skillet, beef sliders, mini lobster roll and fig endive. We were also super happy with our choices for our buffet dinner. So many of our guests complimented the hanger steak with roasted garlic demi jus. It was cooked to perfection and so tender! Service was professional and kind throughout the evening as well. Staff cleared tables quickly. One complaint was that one female bartender (did not get her name) kept correcting the guests in a rather rude way (guess she didn’t read the drink sign prior?) when they ordered one of our signature drinks “April Spritz” which was a play on aperol spritz… Other than that, we were so happy to have gone with 24 Carrots because quality and delicious food/drinks were a priority for our wedding.

I know there are a lot of mixed reviews for 24 carrots, but overall they helped make our wedding exceptional. My husband and I got married back in August at Rancho Las Lomas which is a 24 carrots exclusive venue. The 24 carrots staff helps to coordinate all things with the venue as well as provide catering services for the event. The coordinating staff were extremely helpful and responsive and greatly helped to make our special day everything we were hoping for. On the wedding day, the catering staff were extremely attentive which was an amazing experience and all of the food was exceptional. The bar services were also great. Day of experience was amazing and truly made our wedding an unforgettable experience for our guests. Now, I want to be very transparent with my review and also let you know the things we were not expecting when we originally signed our contract. 24 Carrots requires you to pay an additional fee/percentage on all food, tables, and rental contracts that go through them and well as the tax for all these items. This was not an insignificant amount that added up very quickly and while it was in the contract it did sneak up on us once we started seeing everything come together in our quote. On top of that amount they still request a tip which again can again add up very fast. Additionally, they have food and beverage packages that essentially make you choose the higher value to get any known alcohol or if your looking for plated meals. Everything is an added cost and you should really do your research before agreeing to go with them, because it all felt like hidden costs to truly get what we wanted. With that being said, if you can afford it and are fully aware of these dangers going in, they provided an amazing product, service, and made for the wedding of our dreams.

As a wedding coordinator, my partner and I worked with 24 Carrots at The Richland. April was our banquet captain - her leadership and her entire team that night was amazing! The buffet went pretty fast, as a vendor we were able to go through the buffet as well - which was very tasty, their service was amazing, their assistance with the flip was very efficient, and just a delight to work with.

Being able to communicate with April was so easy and thorough. There's nothing better than having an high quality caterer like 24 Carrots. They are definitely one of the top catering companies we've worked with!

Anna and Beth were truly a pleasure to work with from early planning, menu selection, table setting, and eventually execution of our event.
