We visited the pub, and overall it was good. The turkey burger needed some kind of sauce because it was tasteless. Cost $100 for two of us to have a simple burger and fries. No alcohol. I think this is my first ever $50 hamburger experience. I would have given it five stars if the burger had ketchup and the bill was 25% less.

The bacon cheese burger was cooked to my request. It had a good flavor and was juicy. The fries were excellent. With a draft beer, the total was $35 before tipping.

My husband and I had a wonderful dinner at the 1882 Bar & Grill. The brisket was tender, smoked to perfection and served with an amazing bbq sauce.

My wife and I really enjoyed our dinner at 1882 tonight. We ate inside on a rainy evening and had great service and food.
We shared a sample plate of tri tip, brisket and pulled pork. All was good with tender meats and a good smoke ring on the Brisket. We also enjoyed the sides of Mac n cheese and veggie kabob.
We recommend 1882 to everyone!

We ate in the restaurant. I wish someone had left an honest review, so I would have known. The water was terrible and needed to be filtered, so I ordered a club soda. I was brought a sprite. The cocktail I ordered was supposed to have silver tequila, Grand Marnier, agave, and lime juice, but it maybe had tequila and Sprite total. The potato soup had no potatoes and tasted like flour and water - was thin like water. The baked potato was brown inside and way overdone, the macaroni and cheese looked like Velveeta mac and cheese but tasted curdled. We ordered two ceasar salads which did not have a dressing that tasted like ceasar but rather a Southwest-type dressing, and a hair was in the middle of one salad. We didn't see the server during the entire meal to tell her about any of it. The manager/owner came by and asked how things were, and we had to be honest. We did order an appetizer of fried zucchini that was good. They took off the potato and one salad, but it was still $75.

Pulled pork sandwich was not bad but was underwhelming and overpriced. The outdoor seating area is very small and was full when we arrived at 1pm on a Sunday so we opted to eat inside (there was only one other couple there). The music was loud so we had to speak up just to have a conversation. And the street noise was loud too. Admittedly, we were exhausted from a long drive so probably more “sensitive “ to these factors than usual. But it really didn’t make for a great experience. The servers were attentive so we appreciated that.

Chatted w waitstaff while I drank a $17 old fashioned. That’s $20 w tip. Well that can’t happen more than once a year. Oh well

It’s a very beautiful, warm place to be in, the staff are so kind and very welcoming, very delightful and delicious food and amazing views and I would recommend you bring your family here too eat! 10/10 service too!
