One of the best handmade burgers in town. I got the Green Chili Bacon Burger and the zucchini sticks, and the flavor from that patty let's you know it was hand patted with love lol. The staff was extremely friendly and I wouldn't mind ever eating from here. Good & flavorful also means a lil greasy but if you want a great burger you got to live a little, never mind a lil idus.😅😅

Sat outside (no inside seating) with a nice shaded space & cool mural on the wall. Tasty hotdog with a sesame seed bun. Good waffle fries & onion rings! Friendly service.

It is a rare occasion when i gush over hamburgers, there are too many reasons to list. Often it’s price, sometimes it’s quality of the meat (thanks Sysco) or skimping on the rest of the ingredients. I was blown away by the food at this spot. First we were greeted warmly and playfully which was very nice. The spot was sheltered, had a great breeze on a hot day and even had a bathroom. The staff listened, answered all our questions and the food was perfectly timed and cooked. My patty melt almost made me cry, I can’t begin to tell you how badly I already want another. The wontons were good, we tried a mix of regular and jalapeño which were more flavorful than spicy. The garlic fries were tremendous too and my guest wanted to go back for another burger after we arrived back on our the coast. They have shakes next time I’ll try, I love ice cream. Their tea is fire as well. This is a must when you want a burger and more.

My burger was delicious. I'd give it a 4.5. My husbands burger - the western burger was yummy, too. He said the BBQ sauce put it over the top and really gave it character.
The fries were hot, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside - perfect diner-Macdonald/In'n'Out type fries. They were not freshly cut, but I couldn't tell from the flavor. I give them a 4.3. The price was great for the quality of food. I also love Ti, our server. She went out of her way to take care of us and did it with a laugh and a smile.

The old dive/drive up feel of the place. Old tables. On a parking lot. Run down looking building. Awesome!

This is a good burger stop as you drive the 101.

I am so regret that I cannot stay long enough to enjoy my cheese burger . So rare nice place in a quiet peaceful small town. Cheese burger is sooo good I can not express

Still best burger ever. This is one of my main food stops when I am in town visiting. Can't miss with the Ortega burger. Good sized patty and not too much bread. Just be patient when ordering, or phone ahead if possible.

I was born and raised in Willits, and whenever we return here (at least once a year), we make a point of eating here at least once. They are the nicest people, and the burgers are seriously the best we have had anywhere. They are what your mom would make you if she was an awesome cook and felt like spoiling you. The burger patty is thick and flavorful, the bacon is actual bacon like you’d have at home (not paper-thin strips like you get at fast-food joints!), and the cheese is tops. I’ve tried the fries, o ion rings, and deep-fried mushrooms, and they all rock. Sit on the patio and contemplate the big redwoods outside.
