Please beware and please do not book with this travel company. There is nothing noble about Noble Travel. Noble Travel is dishonest, lacks professionalism, and are huge scammers. My parents booked with Noble Travel for an Egypt trip from February 10 - 22, 2025, and put down a deposit on April 12th. My parents tried to cancel this booking on July 2nd, but the agent Sonkyong Yi (이선경) said there would be a $120 fee per person for canceling because she already purchased the flight tickets. We discovered she purchased the flight tickets on July 8th and we had proof of this, but Sonkyong refused to cancel the tickets even though there is a 24 hour cancellation policy when booking flights and she did not seem bothered or phased she was caught in a lie. Sonkyong said “I worked hard for this so I have to keep this money” and said “if you don’t send me your address, you won’t get your partial deposit back.” When my parents told her to live and work honestly, Sonkyong responded “don’t worry about me.” Sonkyong and Noble Travel are entitled and shameless, and it is important for the Korean community to be aware of this fraudulent travel company - please steer clear of them and spread the word to others.
